Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Economical option for larger orders
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

- Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Pack Securely: Include all original packaging, tags, and a copy of your invoice. For exchanges, clearly note the replacement item desired.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days

Exchange Process
For exchanges within the continental US:
